We’re gathering for two days of movement, connection, and creation. We’ll listen together and let movement arise from the group.
➡ Four elemental dances will be born — fire, earth, air, and water —each one a ritual you can return to when you need balance, clarity, vitality, or heart.
This is a one-time creation weekend. What’s made here will belong to everyone who shows up. Movement is generated together, not taught step-by-step. There’s guidance, not choreography. Leadership is shared.
There’s nothing to memorize. Nothing to perform.
We follow what wants to move.
You don’t need dance experience. You don’t need to know esoteric theory. You just need a body, curiosity, and a yes.
