Amy Matthews: Definitions of Toast (Preview)
Amy is popping in for a final run out of the new show before the Fringe festival!
Amy (BBC, ITVx, Off Menu) can’t get angry. She’s feeling left out - it seems to be all the rage. Literally.
This is a show about attempting fury when your emotions are delivered by carrier pigeon, queer joy, being Best Supporting Actor in your own life, what it means to love people on their sobriety journey, and how a potion Amy made in 2002 cursed the world.
“Drily funny and giddily quirky.” (The Scotsman)
“She makes the deeply personal feel like a universal truth.” (Rolling Stone)
“Insanely original.” (Broadway Baby)
“Like Lily Allen.” (Broadway World)
Tour support for Ed Byrne, Sarah Keyworth, Suzy Ruffell, Tom Allen, Tom Davies & more.
