Certified in transformational life coaching, therapeutic art coaching, and a Reiki energy healing master, supports others in their journey towards embodying their most fulfilled and nourished selves. As a born and raised big city girl who discovered the richness of the natural and organic world, she is devoted to stepping more and more into the intelligence of wilderness.
