Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting:The Adelaide Medical Students' Society Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday the 11th of September at 5.15pm in Room 1059a/b, AHMS ✨
We encourage all AMSS members to attend so that you can have a say on who represents you next year 🗣️
During the night, we will hear our President's Report, Treasurer's Report and present the annual AGM awards. 📝
The 2025 Executive, Pre-Clinical Education Officer (PEO) and Senior AMSA Representative nominees will each have a chance to speak, answer questions and will then be voted in. Only those members in attendance in-person on the night will be allowed to vote 🗳️
If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you may be eligible for a proxy vote. These are due Wednesday 10th September by 5pm to [email protected] 💻
Nominations will open on the 21st of August at 8:00am and will be displayed via https://www.amss.org.au/about/get-involved/agm-nominations
