Join us for Amplifying Women's Voices on October 22nd for a conversation about serving on Committees and Boards. Why should you serve? What organizations are you interested in serving? How does donating your time contribute to your professional development? What are best Board practices? Our incredible panel of female leaders includes:
Emilie Cameron, CEO of Downtown Spokane Partnership. Emilie currently serves as the Vice Chair of the University District Development Authority Executive Advisory Committee, as well as on the GSI Leadership Council, the Visit Spokane Board of Directors, and the WSU Spokane Advisory Council. She participated in the International Downtown Association Emerging Leadership Fellowship. Emilie champions initiatives that support a dynamic, vibrant, diverse, and sustainable downtown Spokane.
Kelly Fukai, COO of Washington Technology Industry Association. Kelly currently serves as Chair of the WSU Spokane Advisory Board, Chair of Spokane's Advisory Board for the College Success Foundation, Chair of the Inland Northwest MultiCare Foundation, and was appointed to the Washington State Transportation Commission. She has spent her career cultivating relationships to develop collaborative policies that grow necessary infrastructure, enhance economic and workforce development, and support community interests.
Jeanette Hauck, CEO of YWCA of Spokane. Jeanette started with the organization in 2011 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer before rising to CEO. She played a pivotal role in expanding the agency's programming and staff while fostering its mission to empower women and eliminate racism. Jeanette previously served on the Board of Trustees for the Vanessa Behan Foundation. She is a passionate advocate for women, youth, children, and families.
Hillary Pham, Intergovernmental Affairs Officer at the Spokane County Treasury Office. Hillary is a Veteran who served as a U.S. Air Force Captain. She currently serves on the Spokane County Veterans Advisory Board and as fundraising officer for the Spokane Veterans Forum. She also serves on the United Way of Spokane County Board and as liasion for the Emerging Leaders Society Board. Hillary was Knighted by the CISM for her dedication in hosting the military global soccer event in Spokane.
Erin Williams-Hueter, Executive Director of Health Sciences & Services Authority of Spokane County. She currently serves on the Boards of the Spokane University District, YMCA of the Inland Northwest, Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington and North Idaho, and as Commissioner on the WA State Judicial Conduct Commission. Erin is a recipient of the Arc of Spokane's Partnership 4 Safety Community Service Award, the Spo-Can Council Award, and Spokane Community Oriented Policing Services Partnership Award. Erin is passionate about our community and wants everyone to thrive together.
