AMLS (Advanced Medical Life Support) is the extra 16 hours (two 8 hour days) required by DOT guidelines to meet refresher standards that is not included in ACLS, PHTLS and PEPP. It includes Allergic reactions, Near Drowning, Toxicology, Overdose, Adult respiratory Distress , Diabetics, Seizures.
