Alys Smith, J.D.
Attorney turned mediator and civic leader. After 16–18 years as a trial attorney while raising her daughters, she stepped back from practice in 2004 to volunteer, mentor, and serve as a CASA. As an empty nester, she launched a part-time mediation practice and, upon moving to West Virginia, embraced new purpose—co-founding the Women Warriors Summit, the Wing 2 Wing Foundation, and serving as First Lady of Marshall University and a guardian ad litem.
Britt Hagy, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy, nationally certified Pilates instructor, pelvic floor health specialist, and professional modern dancer. A mom of four (ages 7, 5-year-old twins, and a 2-year-old), Britt balances family life, Pilates/PT practice, and dance performances with grace and resilience.
