Join Wendy Moran BWY Senior Hatha Yoga Teacher for rejuvenating yoga flow combined with static restorative asana’s. A practice to release physical, mental and emotional tension. Using yogic pranayama breathing to cleanse and detoxify. Through meditation and asana self awareness and mindfulness will increase. During yoga nidra you will deeply relax and your nervous system will feel soothed.

Ince Benet is a calm restorative space designed to nourish the soul. Set in a peaceful ancient woodland in which you can enjoy the benefits of this place. Ince is situated in Ince Blundell a short drive from the Sefton coast.

PLEASE READ BELOW PRIOR TO PRACTICING WITH AMITY YOGA WELLNESS

On confirmation of booking my ticket I hereby agree to the following:

I am participating in sessions/class/events or practices during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, breath, health and wellbeing. I recognise that yoga requires at times physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am full aware of the risks and hazards involved.

I understand that is is my responsibility to consult with my physician prior to and regarding my participation in any physical wellbeing program, including yoga and breath work. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in physical fitness and wellbeing activities.

In consideration of being permitted to participate the yoga, breathwork (pranayama) and wellbeing classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga breathwork (pranayama) and wellbeing classes breathwork, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against the teacher Wendy Moran (Amity Yoga Wellness) or the venue owners for any injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result or participating in classes, sessions, workshops, events or retreats.

I hereby agree that I have read and fully understand to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am confirm on booking on my ticket to this agreement voluntarily and recognise that this serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability.
