This stop provides a relaxed introduction to Amish Country, offering time to browse unique gifts, specialty foods, and handcrafted items while soaking in the welcoming local atmosphere before continuing on to the next destination.
The day continues at Dutch Valley Restaurant for an included lunch buffet featuring hearty, home-style favorites, along with time to explore nearby local shops. Following lunch, the group will attend the live production Elijah, Prophet of Fire. This inspiring performance brings to life the story of the prophet Elijah as he boldly stands against King Ahab and Queen Jezebel, witnessing God’s miraculous provision and power while calling people toward the One True God and the promise of a coming Savior.
After the production, the group will make a stop at the Walnut Creek Cheese Factory. This well-known Amish Country destination offers an outstanding selection of cheeses, fresh meats, bulk foods, and produce. With no dinner stop scheduled, guests are encouraged to plan accordingly and pick up snacks or treats to enjoy on the ride home, bringing a flavorful close to a day filled with fellowship and discovery.
