You are invited to step into a space where breath opens the door, the body begins to remember, and silence becomes the teacher.Under the guidance of internationally renowned and respected teacher Amir Jaan, participants will be introduced to White Tantra and yoga practices that shift consciousness, dissolve inner tensions, and support deep contact with one’s own inner layers.
This weekend urban retreat will help you deepen your connection with yourself and the universe, understand the sacredness of life and existence, and arrive in a loving state of presence and inner peace.
You will leave the retreat with a toolbox of practical, life-applicable techniques that support you in everyday life and help you remain centered and aligned even in the midst of ordinary, grey days.
Amir teaches techniques rooted in ancient yoga traditions, woven together with a modern scientific understanding of psychology, physiology, and anatomy. After 30 years of studying and practicing classical forms of yoga and meditation, Amir has developed his own unique method — a contemporary synthesis of these ancient practises.

WHO IS WELCOME?
You are welcome to join the retreat if you feel called to explore inner clarity, the body’s natural wisdom, and conscious breathing. No prior experience in White Tantra or yoga practices is required.
The workshops offer valuable insights both for those with previous experience who wish to deepen their understanding and self-awareness, and for beginners seeking a safe and gentle introduction to the world of White Tantra and yoga.

TAO Center, Rotermanni tn 2, Tallinn, Estonia.
TAO Center is located in the Rotermann Quarter, in the so-called Stalker Passage at Rotermanni 2. The entrance is from the Hobujaama Street side, under the Rotermann City arch opposite the Vapiano restaurant (turn right), or you can enter directly from in front of the cinema, walking along the Stalker Passage.

The event will be held only in English.
You are invited to arrive dressed in comfortable clothes that allow free movement.
Please come clean and without fragrances. Bring a water bottle and a towel (a cloakroom and washing facilities are available on site).
