The Amernet String Quartet continues its tradition of presenting compelling, artistically rich performances as FIUβs Artists-in-Residence Ensemble. Known for their stylistic versatility and expressive depth, Amernet has earned international acclaim for their dynamic interpretations and commitment to chamber music education. Their performances are distinguished by a rare blend of technical mastery, emotional nuance, and a deep sense of ensemble unity that has made them a cornerstone of South Floridaβs classical music landscape.Joining them for this special program is violist Luke Fleming, a Juilliard-trained musician praised for his βglowing refinementβ (Philadelphia Inquirer). Fleming is the founding director of the Manhattan Chamber Players and the Crescent City Chamber Music Festival, two organizations that have significantly shaped chamber music presentation and education nationwide. He has performed with celebrated ensembles including the Escher, Modigliani, and Orion Quartets, and is widely respected as both performer and educator. His artistry and leadership make this collaboration a standout of the season.
The Amernet and Friends Concert Series is presented by The Wertheim and made possible through the generous support of the Funding Arts Network (FAN).
