This melt-in-your-mouth tenderloin filet is slow-cooked to perfection using the sous vide technique, then finished with a sizzling cast iron sear. The rich, roasted garlic and tangy blue cheese compound butter adds a bold, indulgent flavor that takes this steak to new heights.
Cuban Marinated Flank Steak with Zesty Chimichurri Sauce
