America 250 Young Artist Open House Workshopsat Side Street Studio Arts
Side Street Studio Arts invites young artists and their families to take part in a special public art project celebrating the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 2026.
Through this call for artwork, young artists are asked to imagine the future of America—what it could look like, feel like, and stand for. One selected design will be transformed into a large-scale public sculpture in Elgin, created in collaboration with professional artists and installed in a prominent public space.
