America 250: Texas Trailblazing Wonder Women Exhibition
A new gallery experience opens this summer at the McKinney Cotton Mill Arts District.
In celebration of United States Semiquincentennial, the America 250: Texas Trailblazing Wonder Women Exhibition debuts as the first exhibition in the new Atrium Gallery, presented by MillHouse Foundation.
This juried exhibition features 25 large-scale (48x60) original works by artists from across Texas. Each piece pays tribute to Texas women who helped shape history. Through portraiture and interpretive design, the collection highlights figures such as Ann Richards, Simone Biles, Mary Kay Ash, and Selena Quintanilla.
Located in the Cotton Mill’s central Atrium Hallway—just outside White Box Roastery—this exhibition offers a unique, walk-through gallery experience in one of McKinney’s most creative spaces.
