Intention: The intention for the event is a safe haven and sacred container for women to come together, in community. Through collective intention and upliftment. To connect deeply within. And to liberate themselves in their full spectrum of feeling and embodied expression.
The flow
We begin with opening circle.
Collective intention setting.
A somatic guided warmup, to drop deeply within the body, intuition, senses.
An hour dance wave.
A 15 minute sound bath integration.
Closing circle with reflection.
The door is open to all women (womb-bearing or women-identifying)-- Please join us!
