Intention: Transitions
As we stand between fall and winter, nature reminds us how to shift, release, and reshape ourselves. This dance invites you into the fertile space between seasons—the place where what was is dissolving, and what’s next is quietly forming. Together we’ll explore how our bodies breathe through change, how we anchor ourselves in motion, and how movement helps us melt resistance and welcome what’s emerging. Come dance the in-between.
