Join AMC medical students for a hands-on cooking class inspired by Thai cuisine.

We’ll prepare a variety of vegetarian-friendly dishes while exploring the balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors that define Thai cooking. This interactive class is designed for all skill levels and will focus on simple, approachable recipes. We’ll end by sitting down together to enjoy the meal we’ve made as a community.
