Amazake Workshop■What is Amazake?
Amazake is called "sake," but it is not made by alcohol fermentation. Instead, it is a drink where enzymes from koji break down the starch in rice, turning it into sugars. This process results in a beverage that has a very gentle and natural sweetness.

The purpose of this workshop is to learn how to make amazake and enable participants to easily prepare this nutritious drink at home.
■What will you learn in this workshop?
Learn about the mechanism of starch decomposition by rice koji and the enzymes it produces, and acquire the skills to make amazake without any failures.
■The workshop will also include video recording, which will be available for viewing for about two weeks after attending the workshop. We also provide support via email or message if you have any questions or concerns about making Amazake at home.
