Buenos Noche Amaro - Navarro Familia (please read in its entirety),Pray all is well with everyone. We as the planning committee will first like to thank everyone with their patience thus far in regard to the planning process. We have been making many strides behind the scenes and would like to update everyone in where we are at.
The dates for the reunion are as follows: [Thursday 7/23/26 - Sunday 7/26/26]
Here is a tentative line up of activities subject to change:

- Shopping / Tours
* Friday 7/24/26
- Semi- Formal Dinner
* Saturday 7/25/26
- Tortola Day Excursion (PASSPORT OR BELONGERS CARD REQUIRED) Island Tour, Luncheon, & Tribute
* Sunday
- Church
- Beach Day (Food & fun)
*** Please note that there is a cost involved in making this a successful reunion.
We are currently speaking with several venues, restaurants, caterers, T-shirt vendors, etc to get everything secured. However we need a count of how many family members will be attending the reunion as some of the pricing that we are getting is per person. Once we get an accurate count of family members attending, we can then secure the proper venues, etc to make sure it's affordable and that we have enough of what we need to ensure everyone has a great time.
With that being said, below is the 'pre-registration link'. Just an FYI...the website is not complete, we are just granting temporary access for family members to pre-register by October 5, 2025 (2 Sundays from yesterday) so we can have an accurate number for the planning committee. Just click on the "Pre-Register Now" button and fill it out. Once we gather all of the information needed for pre-registry, we will update the site with needed information as well as the other planning committee members information (that haven't been added to the site yet) in addition to several other things to ensure that we take care of everyone's needs as best as possible. It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that we get this link out to the masses, whether it's Whatsapp, Facebook, text, email, etc. to ensure that we have as many family members pre-registered so we can be as accurate as possible. We also don't want any family members to miss out. There are only a few fields to fill out and we have someone in the planning committee that will be keeping track of the numbers.

Once the website is updated, you will have access to a travel agent on the site to make things a seamless process for those family members that will be flying in and needing flight / hotel arrangements. She will coordinate group rates depending on how many family members use her services.
So once we get through this phase of the 'pre-registration' , the sooner we can update the website. At that time we will be more frequent in our communication in the Whatsapp group & Facebook pages as far as trivia, etc. to keep everyone excited and engaged!
