She is learning to survive the winters and reveling in the summers, all the while allowing the music to speak to her in each season. With keyboard as her main instrument, she brings a contemplative and introspective feel to the songs she writes and performs. Her dynamic is unique, as she does everything from ballad pop covers to sea shanties to her own original songs. Many who hear her have labeled her genre as “smooth pop.”
Much of Amanda’s musical inspiration comes from life experiences, personal growth and expansion, nature, community … and of course from learning to find beauty in the Midwest. Her desire is to bring her personal creativity and depth to life through her music, to meet new people, and have a great time with anyone who enjoys what she has to offer.
