All ticket purchases are non-refundable except in the instance of event cancellation or postponement.
All refunds can only be obtained in the event of a cancellation or postponement within the first 7 days of the announcement being sent via email. All refund requests should be directed to your original point of ticket purchase or via email to [email protected]
Our announced lineup and venue are subject to change. Refunds will not be permitted due to change of venue within a reasonable distance of the initial location, nor for the absence or substitution of expected performers.
Any other reason for refunds are not accepted under our refund policy and the choice to refund are solely at our discretion.
