Kickstart your morning with FREE group workouts designed for all fitness levels! Whether you're just getting started or looking to level up your routine, these sessions have something for everyone. Expect a fun mix of exercises using bodyweight, medicine balls, jump ropes, agility ladders, and more. No experience needed—just show up and get moving!Registration is FREE, but space is limited!
Participants must sign up for each class they plan to attend. Weekly registration opens one week in advance. You can also register on-site before class—just arrive 15 minutes early if you need help signing up.
Be sure to wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes, and don’t forget to bring water and a towel!
