Join friends ~ Xena & Kate ~ weaving guided meditation, stretching with mindfulness, circle time, ceremony sound and song, embodiment practices, simple powerful choreo, earth nature mandala prayerful group creation, energising yang tribal shamanic journey with a contrasting yin flow dance, rounding off with a deeply nourishing relaxing yoga nidra practice.
~No previous dance experience necessary~

The studio is located on an organic farm in the Dart valley, just off the A384 between Buckfastleigh and Totnes.
♡ Parking: On the concrete yard opposite the farmhouse. Please car share where possible.
♡ Facilities: There is a small well equipped kitchenette downstairs with kettle, toaster, fridge & microwave, glasses, crockery etc. There are chairs and a foldable table in the studio. You are welcome to eat your packed lunch in the studio or weather permitting, use the garden for breaks.

Kate Dancer trained at the Central School of Ballet in London and is the founder of Aluna Dance Temple. She has a deep connection to the Rose lineage and choreographs ceremonial prayer~formances for concerts and festivals such as All About Love & Medicine Woman. She is a womb apprentice and is immersed in the embodiment of the Magdalena teachings. Kate is an experienced women's space holder: she holds both sharing circles and dance journeys. She is a mama of three and has a deep passion for honouring and celebrating the feminine arts.
Xena King is a poet & singer/songstress with a penchant for navigating the shadow world and alchemising struggle into strength. She has a background in fire dance and street theatre performance, and is currently working on a performance piece with Kate. She has a love for tribal fusion belly dance and enjoys incorpoorating weight training into her dance-yoga practice. She has studied tantra and co-facilitated alchemical retreats focussing on the inner unification of the divine masculine and feminine energies.
