About the Sarasota 2K: (March 27-28 at NBP)
Presented by WinTech and King Racing, the championship Men’s & womens schools, NCAA Division I Women and Florida rowing schools come together in a spectacular Sarasota 2K rowing sprint event, featuring more than 30 teams. The awards ceremony will take place on Saturday, March 28 at 12:30pm. Medals and awards will be presented by Casey Galvanek, the celebrated Head Coach of the U.S. National Team and Sarasota Crew, recently fresh off a historic performance at the 2024 Olympic Games. Under his leadership, the U.S. Men’s Four secured a legendary gold medal—the first for the United States in that event since 1960.
