About this Event
Join us for a three-part series across May, June + July for monthly prehab workshops with Flex Health, Efectiv + GSN to help you:
- Train smarter
- Feel stronger
- Run for longer (at your own pace)
Each monthly workshop session will focus on a specific area of running prehab; from injury prevention, activation best-practice, mobility + much more - all delivered in a small group setting.
Those who join us can expect:
- Expert group guidance + support from the Flex Health team
- Access to all equipment required to complete the session
- Use of Flex Health HQ facilities
- Complimentary refreshments from Efectiv
- Post-run food provided by GSN
All workshop sessions will last approximatly 30-40 minutes. Sessions will be followed by a social-paced 5km Shakeout.

- Pre-Run Activation: Thursday 18th June (18:30 - 20:00)
- Improving Movement: Thursday 30th July (18:30 - 20:00)
