The Annual Altrusa Charity Golf Tournament is coming up again on Sunday 11th of January. This tournament has supported charities operating in the Whakatipu for over thirty years!Proceeds this year will go to the Frankton Volunteer Fire Brigade. These volunteers are the first-responders to emergencies throughout the Whakatipu Basin, including fires, vehicle incidents and medical emergencies. Whilst Fire and Emergency NZ funds core equipment, our local volunteers have a need for further equipment to be able to best protect and serve our community.
