Altrincham Lantern Parade & Nativity Journey - Community Lantern Workshop 1

Step into the magic of Christmas on Saturday 13th December with Altrincham’s Lantern Parade and Nativity Journey.
Throughout the day, families can meet the Nativity characters, brought to life by talented actors from the Altrincham Garrick Theatre.

Before the big event, we’ll be holding lantern-making workshops at Oyez Arts — a fun, creative activity for children and families to enjoy together. Everyone who takes part can then join the parade with their handmade lanterns, making this a truly community celebration.

At 4pm, the Nativity characters and families with their lanterns will gather in Goose Green, ready for the parade to begin at 4:45pm.
