White noise - to help attune your clairaudinece.
Momentary colour projection - to stimulate clairvoyance .
Sitting in silence & darkness, and a call to spirit to allow your clairsentient abilities to fully expand, allowing spirit to draw close and project their own emotion & personality impression to you
A session of radio sweep communication.
