Join our pizza making class with our mobile pizza truck, Billy Bricks on Wheels, hosted at Alter Brewing in Downers Grove! Spend a night in their fantastic taproom and have some hands on fun making your very own pizza inside of our truck.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT OUR CLASS:
Learn the basics of Neapolitan style pizza making from our family of master pizzaiolos!
Stretch your own dough, the do’s and don’ts of toppings, oven management.
Our team will help pop your creation into our 900 degree truck oven for a few minutes of fire, then enjoy in the taproom!
After making your pizzas and finishing the class you are welcome to hang out and enjoy lots of local brews with your group until taproom closes. Our truck will stay & serve for the rest of the night after class ends.
WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH TICKET PURCHASED
Reserved spot at Alter’s taproom for the night.
Sides to Share as Appetizers
One (1) choice beer or non-alcoholic beverage per person (21+ required for alcohol).
One (1) 12” wood fired pizza per person, made by YOU inside our food truck. Gluten free, vegan, & vegetarian options available upon request. Let us know if you have any other dietary restrictions/allergies!
Dessert to Share (main dessert cannoli)
WHO CAN ATTEND:
Open to all ages, although beer & alcohol sales are restricted to 21+ patrons. Families, couples, corporate/work groups encouraged to join!
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:
Add-on beer/drink purchases outside of included one (1) beverage per person will be an additional charge.
All pizza sales after included one (1) 12” pizza per person will be an additional charge.
