A two-hour hand-building ceramics workshop. Make stamped dishes for your altar, your space, or someone you love. No experience needed.
About this Event

Slow down. Make something with your hands.

In this two-hour workshop, you’ll make three small ceramic pieces/sets designed to anchor your altar, be your catch-all, or assist in your daily rituals — a set of stamped dishes, a few pendants to wear or gift, and a small vessel of your choosing. Each piece is yours from the first pinch of clay to the final glaze color — because the best objects in our lives are the ones we made ourselves.

I’ll guide you through traditional hand-building techniques with botanical, celestial, and geometric stamps available to make each piece your own. Pieces will be fired, and you’ll choose your glaze from a curated palette before I finish and return them to you.

Bonus option: You can add 18kt gold luster to your piece! This requires an extra firing and an additional fee. Just select the Extra Sparkle option at checkout!

Whether you’ve never touched clay before or you’re returning to a craft you love, this is a space to put your phone down, get your hands dirty, and walk away with three small treasures you made yourself.

What You’ll Make
  • A set of stamped dishes— for your rings, your altar, or your everyday small things
  • A few pendants — to wear, to gift, or to hang in your space
  • A small vessel — your choice of form, for flowers, matches, incense, or whatever feels right

What’s Included
  • All clay, tools, and materials
  • Bisque firing, glazing in your chosen color, and final firing
  • A welcome setup with refreshments
  • Guided instruction in a small, intimate group
  • Finished pieces ready for pickup approximately four weeks after the workshop
  • Note: Gold luster pieces ready in five weeks
  • BONUS! Every participant gets a FREE White Lotus Pendant for attending my first ever workshop!

What to Bring
  • Just yourself, in clothes you don’t mind getting a little dusty. Everything else is provided.
  • Any fun textured items/stamps, or interesting forms you may want to use as stamps or molds. We can assess if the item is appropriate for use when you arrive!

Who This Is For
  • Complete beginners who’ve always been curious about clay
  • Anyone returning to a creative practice after time away
  • People looking for a meaningful, screen-free afternoon
  • Friends or couples wanting to make something together
  • Anyone building out their altar, their home, or their gift list
