Event Participation Guidelines
We’re so glad you’ll be joining us!
To help us ensure support reaches those most affected, please bring proof of address or impact. This can be:
• A driver’s license or ID showing your address
• A document showing loss of home, job, or relocation
• A note or verification showing how your family has been impacted
To make sure we can help as many families and children as possible, please note the following:
• This event will include two sessions, with space for 250 guests per session.
• Please register your family for one session only.
• Each family may reserve one spot for up to 4 people total — for example: 2 adults and 2 children, or 1 adult and 3 children.
• Reservations are available on a first come, first reserved basis, so please sign up early to secure your spot.
Our goal is to make this a safe, welcoming, and supportive day for every child and family who attends.
