Parade route begins at Seaside Legion Post 99 heads west to turn around and at noon performs ceremonial Flag Raising. Stagging @ 10.45-11 parade KS up rolls out @ 11.30 am. After Ceremonial speakers and Rieth Toss.
At turn around staged by 11.55 TAPS BEGIN then Flag Raising at 1200 Noon SHARP.
