This competition consists of 4 workouts and a floater. The first workout will take place outside consisting of running, swimming and other various movements while the remaining workouts will take place inside the building.
With two divisions, RX and Scaled, the RX division is closer to an intermediate plus, making it a good competition for those wanting to bump up and try a harder division without the worry of high skills. This year there will be no muscle ups, handstand pushups or handstand walks but as stated above, there will be swimming.
