About this Event
Event 1: 50cal row, 50cal ski, 50cal, 50 wall balls AMRAP in 15min. Scoring is 1pt per rep completed plus bonus pts for seconds left over after reps are completed. There are 3 participants for this event but know that it is only 1 person working while the others are resting. A person must be tagged out/in by crossing the start/finish line before another participant can begin. This is a group event. For scoring the team with the most points will receive the higher seeding from 1-24th place. Any ties will result in the same placement points.
Event 2: 2 participants in max rep/1 max weight)- Max Reps 2 participants will tag team to perform 2min on and1min off box jumps in the first two minutes and burpees the second 2 minutes for 4 rounds (2 box jump and 2 burpees), while 1 participant will perform in the 1 rep max portion for the dead lift. Points are based on the number of reps completed in the 4 rounds of max reps, plus the weight lifted minus the weight of the participant in the max weight event.
Event 3: Team Event of 5 wall walks, 10 pull ups, 15 Box step ups each, 20 Back Squats, 15 Dead Lifts, 10 Cleans, 5 Snatches for time. Scoring is based on reps completed plus time (seconds) remaining. Scoring is based on the number of reps completed plus the number of seconds left over. If a team completes all reps (80 reps) and has 2 minutes and 10 seconds left, the scoring will be 80reps+130sec= 210 pts.
With all first-place finishes, first place teams in each event will receive 24 pts while all others will receive points in descending order all the way down to the 24th place team who would get 1 point.
