Join us for a "Living with Alpha-gal" presentation and learn more about Alpha-gal Syndrome, how to cope and manage this life-altering allergy.
As always, this is a Meet, Greet & Eat come & go as you are event - Alpha-gal 'safe' potluck. Please feel free to bring a 'safe' snack, side dish or something you'd like to share. You don’t have to make it from scratch, but that would be fun too! If you feel uncomfortable sharing food, feel free to bring a sack lunch. Since alpha-gal reactions are as individual as each of us it, if you bring a snack or make something to share, please be sure to bring the recipe and labels from any ingredients used so people can review the ingredients.
