Info: Joins us for a full body HIIT Training workout! During this class we are going to work full body and preform various functional training styles workouts! Before, during, or after class please feel free to grab a complimentary bottle of water to stay hydrated! The workouts will be tailored towards your fitness requirements. We will have multiple modifications for everyone. Whether it’s your first time workout out or even if you’re extremely advanced! We will adjust for your need. Also after the workout we will have plenty left for Q & A, free sample grabs, and discussions on further ways to hit your goals faster and keep the motivation going! Also this is a very amazing way for us to build a positive, healthy, and happy community together!
