During the session, you’ll lie down or sit comfortably as the skilled facilitators at Aloka craft a dynamic soundscape. The vibrations and harmonics of the instruments work to calm the nervous system, balance energy, and promote a meditative state. Each sound bath is uniquely curated, ensuring a fresh and meaningful experience every time.

  • Welcoming Atmosphere: Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by the warm, calming ambiance of the Aloka — Sound Bath House. The space is designed to feel safe and inviting, with soft lighting and a serene environment to help you settle in.
  • Guided Settling-In: The session begins with a brief introduction and gentle guidance to help you feel grounded and present. Facilitators may offer light breathwork or mindfulness prompts to ease you into the experience.
  • Immersive Sound Journey: As you lie down or sit comfortably, you’ll be enveloped by the rich, layered sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, harmonium, wave drum, handpan, and Koshi chimes. The vibrations will flow through the space, creating a dynamic and meditative soundscape that evolves throughout the session.
