Aloha & Welcome Along this year to our once a month Reset Connection Sessions, where we gather in for the first Friday of the month. Please gently know, that no matter which element or chakra we are at this year, you can join in at anytime. Each session will be unique from the other, a gentle trust that you join in at exactly the right time for you. The main consistancy will be the focus on your breath to calm the nervous system, to do this we intergate the breath throughout, known to the ancients as pranayama. We will use a blend of Hatha, Kundalini Kriya's with meditations and Chakra Yoga to help move the body keeping the Breathwork at the centre of practice, before settling into Relax.
Please rest assured this space is held for ♡EVERYONE♡ practiced & Newbies (so its less about over streching youeself :) but more about the trational teachings of pantajali where yoga was more about calming the mind (and not postures at all at one time :) We will use the breath to alivate stresses & physical tensions. As within deep rythemic breath your nervous system can be regulated and gives you the long lasting feeling of coming back home to yourself. Rythemic breath evens out the distribution of Prana vayau (upwards energy) and Apana vayau (downwards every) giving you back the freedom to feel radient from the inside out.

For the first part of the year each session will be guided through the energy of the 7 chakra system (although there are many other systems ;) its been a personal journey of experience of how helpful this system can be to realign oneself into a more balanced place of Harmony.

💛Manipura: Solar Plexus Fire Element.
A Warming Welcome into April! The fire is now starting to take flight with Spring peaking and Summer time upon us. This month we support each other's ideas, passions and lights ♡ by harnessing what makes our fire dance and allows our lights to sparkle so we can unite this with inner power, courage and will to radiate from the inside out. The Solar plexus chakra known in Sanskrit as Manipura is all about making alies with our ego by letting go and using our own Solar rays for transformation. Focus on the breath of fire throughout Asanas and rhythmic Kundalini Kriya's, drifing into Yoga Nidra for Manomaya kosha, sensing opposites. As we allow our inner world to glow brightly our physical self's will further rest into a beautiful & Deep Shamanic Sound Journey.
'As far as the original authors were concerned, the main purpose of any chakra system was to function as a template for nyāsa, which means the installation of mantras and deity-energies at specific points of the subtle body.
The theory of the subtle body and its energy centers called cakras or also known as padmas (lotuses)' is subjective to each individual.
After weaving our way through Yogic Breath & gentle Movement, its a soft & clear mind that is the true key to alivate the body from aches and pains, allowing for real flexibility both on and off the mat.
We will intergate Bandhas which is your core, so once softening of the mind occurs we can combine with stregth & courage. By now, feeling at ease from the somatic body & breathwork helping you to truly melt into relax & a deep rest.
Your vaugus nerve will be in tune and toned from the collective mantra, as feeling the sounds from your own vibration is the perfect way to allow your body to receive the healing it needs and gives time for your mind to slow down.
Finding your way into your cozy nest of blankies, bolsters, pillows, eyemasks and comfy, warm clothing, its here where you will be invited to surrender to yourself with a guided Yoga Nidra. This ancinet practice with no effort required will take you on a path through the layers of yourself, known as Kosha's.
Yoga Nidra is regularly working with Sankalphas ♡ alining with our Hearts truest North ♡ Rewiring our Nervous systems away from old patterns and re-writing new ones just as our Ancestors did. On this Sacred journey of Yoga Nidra we will build up our own unique Asraya ♡ translates to place of safety or inner refuge; here we cultivate a never ending place we can return to at anytime which resides always within oursleves.
Yoga Nidra's journey through all the layers of the self / the Kosha's looks like this:
♡Annamaya Kosha: food body (physical)
♡Pranamaya Kosha: our nervous system (Chakra energetic self) Breath Body.
♡Manomaya Kosha: thoughts/ emotions & feelings, sensing opposites.
♡Vijnanamaya Kosha: witness self
♡Anadamaya Kosha: leaving us in Bliss body.. a space allowing you to tune into your own inner Intuition and wisdom.
Finding ourselves in the Bliss Body, its here where the magic happens and our brain falls into alpha & delta brain waves at the same time!! :) creating space for neuroplacicity, so we change old patterns into healthy new ones.
Gently letting everything intergrate with spontanuious Sacred Sound Journey's which will always by guided by peace & intuition, as the sound vibrations arise & regenerate every cell in your body.
The Sound Healing will resonate from; Tibetan & Crystal Singing Bowls, Drumming, Voice & Gong, along with tinkles and percussion.
Every class will be held with love and support with the loving encouragement to also gently hold yourself as we are all our own unique self healers.
