Each month, a different class includes one small free candle, complimentary herbal tea and (optional) private shopping experience. Welcome to Almost Heaven Yoga.
Complimentary herbal tea is on tap throughout our slow flow yoga experience. A specially curated gently scented Almost Heaven candle will be treating our senses. Our class theme will leave you with lifelong tools to successfully manage stress.
Bring a mat and/or blanket, if possible, plus any comfort items you like. Dress extra comfortably.
