Almas Fronterizas is a sound shaped by an ocean crashing in waves upon the subtlest inflection of a collective musical passage. We give utmost respect to the barrio, to the cadence and rhythm of our gente and the healing nature of sonic flight. Wherever you are as the seasons turn, we offer our musical flowers to feel the urgency of a new day blossoming into the pleasure and magic of the night. Led by cousins Karin and Gilberto Daniel Rodriguez, Almas shares new soundscapes comfortably in a backyard boogie, rocker party or fiesta cumbiera.

Raúl Orihuela, artistically known as Orihuela MSS, is an independent producer and musician with 12 years of experience based in Puebla City. His work is a celebration of Kumbia Poblana, a sound that originates in the heart of the city's neighborhoods and expands into electronic experimentation and digital futurism.

With a unique visual identity—marked by his characteristic mullet haircut, aviator sunglasses, and cowboy belt—Orihuela MSS has managed to make his music thrive in two worlds: from sound system dances, markets, street fairs, and the bootleg music circuit, to international stages. His act stands out for the performance of original compositions that maintain an unbreakable connection to the sound system movement and street culture.

Throughout his career, he has diversified his sound by collaborating with key figures in the scene, notably his work with Los Daddys de Chinantla de Chucho Ponce, Amantes del Futuro, and Karen y Los Remedios. He is also the driving force behind the Kumbia Net platform, which promotes the dissemination of independent cumbia music.

Inspired by palm trees, coconuts, brunettes, beaches and the coastal life of the Yucatan Peninsula, Isidro Cuevas and Willy Cabañas is the new project from producer Gustavo Naranjo (G-Flux) which combines old analog sounds of cumbia with dub and the Oldschool Reggae, through the years and many beach adventures, the producers compile this first album full of guitars, organs, güiros and synthesizers with touches of Cumbia Rebajada and Pop, modernizing the style without leaving behind the great historical background of tropical music.
