We are delighted to present long-time Production Manager Alice James, in association with Patchwork London, for an insightful introduction to Production Management — the discipline that keeps live shows running smoothly ⚙️
This workshop will explore the relationship between Stage Management and Production Management, as well as dive into the technical and logistical foundations of a production:
