By living with an awareness of the kindness of others, we can maintain a warm heart and a feeling of being close to everyone. This special way of looking at the world brings joy and creates the foundation for stable, loving relationships. Deliberately cultivating affection leads to a deep appreciation for everyone and everything.
Being kind makes us feel good and enables us to see kindness all around us, wherever we look we will see only kindness.
WHAT TO EXPECT
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from them. There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion. These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
Our morning tea is vegan and wheat-free. We cannot guarantee no cross-contamination as our kitchen is not gluten-free.
