Our cheesemonger will be sampling your classic favorites: Mozzarella, Pepper Jack, Smoked Provolone, Dill Havarti and Muenster. ALL VEGAN!
This cheese alternative MELTS, SLICES, SHREDS perfectly.
A must when recreating vegan comfort food! You can cook with it, eat as is in salads, with crackers, sourdough bread, olives, green salads - and yes, it will work amazing on homemade pizzas!
Other specialty non-dairy items will also be featured! We offer a weekly special line-up that goes from soft cheese spreadable dips - think Cream Cheese, Queso, Mascarpone - all the way to creamy cheese sauces & grated parm.

Our own developed recipe was created by doublebatch's founder using our own cheese and her Brazilian Cuisine expertise to recreate a childhood favorite. You won't stop eating this after a first bite!
