Sound Bathing, Journaling and Mantra Meditation
An invitation to join us for a soulful evening in community to connect, celebrate and immerse in the peaceful resonance and softness of sound – setting the tone for peaceful, aligned and inspiring new beginnings for the new year ahead.
We will explore our inner realms of peace, presence and spaciousness through through chakra tuning meditation and further delve into togetherness through sound bathing – immersing in the resonance of harmony through the waves of singing sound bowls, gongs, chimes, amidst a myriad of warm tones and soft rhythms.
We will explore what lights us up through journaling into warm reflections, inspiring potential and honouring our hearts to set the tone for living with loving awareness and inspired grace.
We will explore the realms of inner and outer harmony through the resonance of joining our voices together through simples sounds and mantra meditation.
We hope you can join us for an inspired, cozy gathering to connect in heart centred community and to unwind, restore and explore the warmth of sound consciousness and harmony within.
About Your Teacher
Julie is an experienced sound therapy practitioner that is passionate about well being in community. She is also trained and certified in meditation, yoga and breathwork facilitation. She loves to share her passions of music and wellness in community through curious and creative ways including soundbathing, song and ukulele circles, journaling and nature discovery. Julie thrives with inspiration, warmth and enthusiasm in sharing what’s she’s learned about tuning into what lights us up through reflecting, sharing and honouring our true nature and celebrating the simple joys in life.
