Nooma Studios is here, Texas! We’re not just about workouts—we’re about mind-body-spirit connection. With our signature infrared heat and original class styles, every drop of sweat is designed to bring you back to yourself.
Now, for the first time, we’re giving you All Things Nooma—a 60-minute mashup of seven of our signature classes in one sweaty, soul-fueled experience. Expect HotMix, HotPower, LeanSculpt, Strength, Sweat, RRD & Strength Sculpt. (Yes, it’s as fiery as it sounds. Bring an extra towel—you’ll need it.)

🚗 PARKING: Street parking or nearby lot (arrive early for easiest access)
🕒 TIME: Check-in 7:00P | Class begins 7:30P
