Sunday 10th May, 2pm-4pm, at The Hearth Centre, Horsley, Northumberland.
- £15 general admission & £5 for under 18's and or low incomes. Babes in arms are free to attend.
- All proceeds for the charity, Warchild.
- Young women and babies/children are welcome to attend but please note that the songs will be aimed at an adult audience.
- Refreshments and biscuits included.

I bought Warchild's Help 2 Album recently; it was win win because I love music, and I knew that my purchase would send cash where it was urgently needed.
I was half way through disc 2 and started to listen to the song 'I Carried My Girl' by Bat For Lashes but had to pull over because I was so moved by imagery of a mother and her daughter, and the devastating loss being described.
"All our babies, they're all our babes", the name of event and a striking lyric from the song above, will be a powerful gathering of women, mamas and non mamas, to sing together for peace, send our love and words of comfort out to all the victims of war, and summon the energy for urgent change in our world where the people who don't start wars do not suffer the most, especially our (collective) children. And raise a heap of cash of course for Warchild!
