About this Event
This course equips attendees to approach All-on-X cases with confidence by identifying where to focus their efforts within the workflow—digital or analog—based on their skill level and experience. Participants will develop a clear roadmap for navigating the ever-evolving world of digital dentistry, building confidence as they progress to more complex cases. The result is increased production and consistently predictable outcomes.
Learning Objectives:
- Case / material selection – overview on materials
- Data transfer (digital or analog) – accepting data from IOS digital impressions or desktop scanner with analog impressions.
- Incorporating jaw movements into the digital design using Zebris digital Facebow (overview)
- Case design – all on x design concepts using Exocad based software.
- Nesting concepts – key points to consider ensuring a successful milling outcome.
- Finishing – proper finishing techniques for Zr in green and sintered state, Ti and PMMA.
- Attendees will complete a Zolid Bion Zr restoration, Ceramill PMMA and metal finishing techniques
- Overview of cements/adhesives available for use during production or for final placement.
Attendees must bring the following items: *
- Porcelain application tools (tray, brushes, etc.)
- Composite application tools
- Finishing burs
- If Ceramill Mind or Exocad user, bring laptop with dongle.
