Instructor: Hillary Belin is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher through YogaWorks (2017), with experience leading vinyasa flow classes in both Long Island, NY and Burbank, CA. Her teaching blends mindful movement, steady breath, and thoughtful intention to create a grounded and accessible practice for all levels.
