Join us for an ALL-LEVELS Yoga class at Hickory Nutrition.We'll keep this a simple flow perfect for anyone new to yoga or re-starting their practice, and also anyone who is ready to get a little more healthy and fit, and anyone who just needs a little extra support in unwinding after a busy Monday.
Melissa will offer modifications as needed/requested. We ask that if you have any disabilities or need extra support, to let us know ahead of time so that we may make accommodations as best we can.
Wear comfortable workout clothes. You must bring a yoga mat (or two if you need a little softer flooring) as we will not have any to borrow/rent. You might also bring water and a towel.
The class will be $10 and will include a post-recovery shake.
You'll also hear more about how you can get involved with everything we have going on at Hickory Nutrition.
Please arrive by 5:45pm. The class will begin promptly at 6pm and we ask that you do not arrive after 6 as it will disrupt participants. Thank you!

Hickory Nutrition is located at 3214 Springs Rd NE in Hickory, in the Food Lion plaza between the hair and nail salons.
