Put the FUN back into FUNctionality add LAUGHTER and Voila = Hoop Habit! Burn calories in each class with this low-impact, core-toning, intense cardio-dance fusion workout.
During the weeks, we’ll learn hooping using the 7 chakras, or energy centers.
Includes light stretching and meditation.
